3.4 Pulse Fit Validation

The pulse fit view shows how well the ECM model reproduces the measured voltage response.

Validation Steps

1. Open the pulse fit validation page.
2. Review the fitted curve against the measured data.
3. Check whether the fitted voltage follows the trend of the test pulse.
4. Compare the fit error with the example acceptance criteria.

Expected Result

The fitted curve should overlap the measured response closely.

Acceptance Check

• The fit error is acceptable.
• The curve shape is smooth and follows the pulse response.
• If the fit is poor, the user should review the fitting settings.
