1.4 Example Acceptance Criteria

The following values are provided as example acceptance ranges for a basic validation check. These values should be adjusted to the specific battery cell and test conditions used in the laboratory.

• OCV should remain physically reasonable and increase smoothly with SOC.
• R0, R1, and R2 should remain positive and should not show abnormal spikes.
• C1 and C2 should remain positive and should produce a smooth fit.
• The fitting error should remain below a small tolerance, for example 5% to 10%.
• Voltage prediction error should remain within a practical range, for example within 0.01 V to 0.02 V for the example dataset.
• The final results should be consistent with the expected trend shown in the software plots.

If the result falls inside the stated range, it is accepted. If it falls outside the range, the user should inspect the input data, mapping, fitting settings, or simulation setup before proceeding.
